Marchelle is a benevolent and detail orientated Conveyancer and Notary Public. From the first time she heard about conveyancing as an elective while obtaining her LLB at the University of Pretoria, she knew she wanted to specialise in the field.

 Marchelle has been practicing in the conveyancing field since 2017. She has experience with various aspects of property law combined with her knowledge of notarial practice can give holistic advice to clients when it comes to the various types of property transfers, opening of sectional schemes or registration of servitudes to name a few.

 She is compassionate which can especially be seen when guiding couples through planning and executing their antenuptial contracts.

 Whether conveyancing or notarial practice, Marchelle takes pride in her work and communicates with parties throughout their process to ensure they do not feel left in the dark.
